James founded this practice in 2007 with a belief that has guided everything since: that people deserve an advisor who genuinely cares about what happens to them — not just at tax time, but across every stage of their financial life.

Over nearly two decades, he has built a reputation that speaks for itself. Clients come to James for his expertise in tax strategy, business advisory and complex financial structuring. They stay because of the quality of his thinking and the steadiness of his counsel. New clients are often struck by the sharpness of his recall and the precision of his advice — the kind of presence that earns trust quickly and keeps it for years.

James attends every client meeting with a trusted team member alongside him, a practice that reflects something central to how 360 ONE operates: that the best advice is always a collaborative effort, and that no single perspective should work alone.

He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and has spent his career challenging the way advisory and accounting has traditionally been delivered — building something that goes well beyond what most clients ever expected from an accountant.

Krushang’s path to partnership is the kind of story that does not follow a straight line — and is better for it.

He walked into the practice one afternoon in 2010, CV in hand, and introduced himself to the person covering the front desk. He did not know then that he was speaking with James Devenny, the firm’s founding partner. He treated the conversation the way he treats every conversation: with full attention and genuine respect. James noticed.

There was no job available. What James offered instead was a spare desk and a month of work experience. Krushang took it. One month became a career, and in 2015 he became a partner — earning his place through the quality of his work and the trust he built with clients who had no obligation to give him a chance.

That origin story matters, because it reflects exactly how Krushang approaches his work. He does not wait for opportunities to present themselves. He earns them, steadily and with purpose.

Today, Krushang brings a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and over a decade of advisory experience to every client relationship. His approach is direct and considered — cutting through complexity to find the clearest, most practical path forward. He is particularly focused on supporting business owners across the full arc of their journey, from the decisions that shape early growth through to the ones that determine what they leave behind.

He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and, in his own time, a committed family man and sport enthusiast — which, given his background in mathematics, means he has strong opinions on the statistics.
